urge to help or do something good comes to most of us at some point
or the other in our lives. Here is an easy way to get involved. By

Kids
Missing is a magazine that contains profile/data/ posters of
missing children, safety hints/guidelines for parents and children,
surveys etc.
The
main objective of this magazine is to disseminate as many pictures
of the missing children to as many people as possible and to create
more public awareness on the issue of missing children. The more are
the pictures of the missing children disseminated; the more is the
probability of finding them. It is impossible for any one person,
organization or government to search for the missing children on
their own. All of us have to join together and help in the search
for missing children. The magazine contains posters of missing

sample). We ask the subscribers to put these posters on the
notice boards/ theatres/ shops/ banks/ post offices etc. By putting
these posters you'll be proactively participating in the efforts to
locate the missing children. Your efforts might be able to find a
missing child and reunite him with his parents. |

child goes missing every 40 seconds.
In
India no exact figures are available, however, according to an
article in an English daily, the number of runaways is 10 lakhs per
annum, i.e. every 30 seconds a child runs away from home. If you add
the number of missing, lost and abducted children the number of
missing children is phenomenal.
